Five.

Five years.
Two college degrees. Two careers started. Seven moves.  One home purchased.  Three countries visited. One beautiful baby boy. Hundreds of smiles. Countless laughs. Thousands of hugs and kisses.  I'd choose you all over again.

Happy anniversary to my number one guy.  I love you.

3 months!

I can't believe Owen is already three months old!  He continues to grow and change and fill our days with happiness.

He is becoming more and more alert and curious about the world around him.  He is also talking up a storm. This month he rolled over for the first time. We're trying to get him to do it again, but mostly he just will roll to his side and get confused about what to do with his arm.
Our handsome boy-getting so big!

Love that smile... if  they keep growing at this rate, soon he'll have cheeks the size of Texas
Must be deep in thought about something...

We've had a busy month.  Owen got to go to St. Helens for the first time and meet lots of family.
He got lots of good naps with his grandpa...

.. and plenty of "girl time" with Grandma and Amy

We also flew to Utah for Christmas.  Owen is a champ at flying. To date he has been on 6 flights and been great on all of them.

We had fun celebrating Owen's first Christmas and can't wait until he's old enough to get into the excitement.

Happy Thanksgiving!

This year for Thanksgiving we went down to Round Rock. The Sheens were great hosts.

It was delicious! Thankful that Owen loves the car, he was a champ the whole way there.

Melissa and her kids were also able to make it.  All three of these guys celebrated their first Thanksgiving this year.

Now isn't this what Thanksgiving is all about:

I am feeling very thankful this year.  I have been blessed more than I ever thought I would be. I have such great family and friends and friends in my life.

Especially grateful for this little guy. It's only been a few months, but I can't imagine life without him.
